Leon Levens, has 30 years experience as a State of Texas licensed real estate broker. He holds a degree in Forest Management and a masters degree in economics and finance. He has several years experience in the timber industry as a practicing forester, corporate Manager of property tax, title and land (real estate division), and for the past few years as a manager of finance and administration for a major forest products/pulp and paper company.

Some of his responsibilities included finacial analysis of timberland acquisitions and dispositions, timber and land accounting, federal tax treatment, etc. He also has considerable knowledge and experience in wildlife and recreational property management.

For the past 5 years he has been self-employed as a real estate broker in private practice.
